1. The service

The website provides information about Quantum, an AI-powered cyber threat intelligence platform, and lets you subscribe to a free periodic Cyber Status report or request a product demo. Paid platform access is provided under a separate agreement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or submit false, harmful or infringing information through its forms.

3. The Cyber Status report

The free report is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute security, legal or professional advice, and you remain responsible for decisions you make based on it.

4. Intellectual property

The website, Quantum, the Persist Security name and logos, and all content are owned by Persist Security or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without permission, except as expressly allowed.

Third-party names and logos shown are the property of their respective owners.

5. No warranty

The site and the free report are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persist Security will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the free report.

7. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
